When conducting most measurements, you do not need to leave the main window. You can directly measure on the image without jumping to multiple submenus.

The software has clear graphics and logical structure, which improves the ease of operation. In addition, you can also personalize the content of each window.

Click&Pick "enables simple single measurement

With the ZEISS O-SELECT measuring machine, you can even quickly, simply, and reliably measure unknown workpieces without any measurement procedures. ZEISS O-SELECT can be used to automatically set high contrast and autofocus images to recognize possible elements such as circles and lines.

When you move the mouse over these elements, you will obtain possible measurement features such as radius, distance, and angle. You can use the mouse to click for the first time ("Click") to define an initial element, and then click again ("Pick") to select a suggested measurement element. All operations are very intuitive and can be directly selected on the image. The measured value will be displayed at the dimension arrow. Through this method, you will obtain all the required dimensions of the unknown measured workpiece.

Measure multiple parts simultaneously

Perform quick multipart measurements with ZEISS NEO select. Measure identical parts simultaneously at the push of a button. Parts are automatically assigned numbers.

After the measurement, all saved 'SnapViews' are available for selection, enabling you to see at a glance if the characteristics are within tolerance.

You can record and evaluate measurement results through the reporting tool ZEISS PiWeb integrated into the measurement software. In order to facilitate effective information exchange, we provide various report templates - from simple and direct graphical reports to detailed reports. The report template will help you effortlessly and without any in-depth knowledge to create reports. Another particularly simple reporting method is one click reporting, which only requires pressing a button to output the current display screen image as a report.
