YiranCalcium oxide desulfurization methodThe process mainly utilizes limestone slurry to absorb sulfur oxides from flue gas in the absorption tower, and generates by-product gypsum through chemical and physical reactions. Qualified gypsum products can be widely utilized and have high environmental and economic benefits for desulfurization, denitrification, and environmental protection. High efficiency of flue gas desulfurization; Suitable for high sulfur fuels, especially for large capacity power plant boilers, the absorbent resources for flue gas treatment are widely available and inexpensive; The by-product is gypsum, which can be used as a cement additive or building material. Flue gas desulfurization has a wide range of applications and mature technology.

Principle of calcium oxide desulfurization method:

1. Desulfurization absorbent: Low cost and easily available limestone and live lime are used as desulfurization absorbents. Limestone is crushed into powder and mixed with water to form an absorption slurry. When lime is used as the absorbent, the lime powder is digested and processed to produce an absorbent slurry;

2. Absorption tower: The absorption slurry comes into contact with the flue gas and is mixed. The sulfur dioxide in the flue gas reacts chemically with the calcium carbonate in the slurry and the injected oxidizing air to remove it, and the reaction product is gypsum;

3. Flue gas desulfurization: After desulfurization, the flue gas is treated with a defogger to remove small liquid droplets, and then heated by a heat exchanger before being discharged into the chimney.

4. By product recovery: The desulfurization gypsum slurry is recovered after dehydration by a dehydration device. After recovery, the absorption slurry can be recycled, and the utilization rate of desulfurization absorbent is high;
