Technical features:

1Color touch screen control system, with programmable automatic control for freeze-drying process(Optional), can be switched to manual operation in real time, realizing full process parameter control of freeze-drying process. During operation, the system automatically monitors, detects, records and stores relevant data, can store multiple fixed or custom programs, and can be monitored and maintained through remote system (optional 7-inch control screen), supporting big data and smart laboratory construction;

2. Continuous recording of real-time data, plottingFreeze drying curve preparation, data storage once per minute (adjustable storage interval), standard recording of 100000 times, data storage capacity for 3 years (optional), with data mobile storage USB serial port;

4. The system is equipped with various sensors that record and display vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, material temperature, and shelf temperature in real time. Operation error alarms can be triggered in real-time when temperature and pressure abnormalities occur during operation, and active protection is provided. Light alarms (optional) are also available;

5. It has the functions of automatic operation of freeze-drying, equipment vacuum pressure loss, equipment alarm, and automatic operation to protect materials. When the temperature of the cold trap is above -50 ℃, the vacuum pump cannot be turned on to prevent water vapor from entering and affecting the normal operation of the vacuum pump. It also has a vacuum pump maintenance prompt function and is equipped with a standard oil mist filter;
